The kitchen has always been where her heart is. Her cooking journey began with her grandmother, who, despite the challenges of life after immigrating to the U.S., always filled the kitchen with the aromas of traditional Korean dishes. For her, food was a way to show us how much she loved us. When her grandmother returned to Korea, her mother stepped in, continuing the tradition of cooking for the family. Today, Min carries that legacy forward in both her home and through Mister Tiger.

Charlie, Min's younger brother, shares the same passion for preserving and sharing the heartwarming dishes their grandmother and mother once prepared. Now, driven by a desire to combine his love for hospitality with his mission to raise awareness of Korean culture in Chicago, Charlie plays a key role at Mister Tiger by leading our beverage program, front of house operations and marketing.

Brian, Min’s husband, is currently a practicing attorney specializing in financing transactions representing private credit lenders and private equity sponsors. In his prior life, Brian was a strategy consultant for six years until he left consulting to obtain his JD-MBA at Northwestern. Brian’s main role at Mister Tiger is overseeing business strategy, operations, and investor relations.
